More Captains mean more teams and better league competition.  So, we're looking for ways to
encourage more folks to become team Captains.  Currently, AATL honors each Captain with a
$20 gift certificate (HallmarkInsights.com) annually to show our appreciation and hopefully
keep them coming back to be Captains.   Please share your opinions to help us determine if
this is an effective incentive, or if something else would induce you to become (or remain) a
