Captain.  If you volunteer by January 17(extended for 2.5s), you
will be registered for FREE (after which Captains must pay full
registration fee).  The Local League Coordinator, will assign you
a Team Number, which you can then provide to the players you
recruit.  After January 17, register to become a Captain in
TennisLink.  Initial team rosters are due by January 23.
